After several years of system design, supplier integration, and operational testing, the business was formally founded in 2015 under the company name Sand Group USA, Inc., operating with the brand Gravelshop and the sales platform Gravelshop.com.

This structure reflects Gravelshop’s role as an operating business with dedicated systems, governance, and long-term commercial intent.
