Silica Sand--also known as quartz sand, industrial sand, white sand--is formed from quartz that has been broken down through wind and sea erosion.
Commercial silica sand is mainly used in construction materials like mortar, flooring, cement/asphalt, shingles, and sealant, as it is resistant to corrosion and the elements. Though it has a wide-range of other uses involving:
-Glassmaking. -Water filtration systems. -Golf course bunkers and in greens and fairways for drainage and plant growth. -Artificial turfs and sports fields. -Paints and coatings to improve appearance, durability, and dirt resistance. -The formation and glazing of ceramics.

On orders less than 4 tons, please allow for 20% more or less product quantity regarding your ordered amount.
On much larger orders, the percentage of quantity difference will be reduced. These differences are due to the nature of the loading mechanism.
